1. What types of payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks & ACH. We will soon accept credit and debit card payments.

2. What financing options are available?

One of the quickest and easiest ways to finance your Dream Shed is through a personal loan with one of our financing partners. After applying, you will get a list of all your best rates, terms & estimated payments. You may also opt to apply through the bank or financial institution of your choice. With personal loans you can receive the funds in as little as 24 hours after approval.

The most affordable form of financing is doing a Home Equity Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit, or a Cash-out refinance on your home. These types of loans will typically have lower interest rates and longer terms available that allow for a lower payment vs other types of loans. However, these typically take longer to fund and may have more requirements and restrictions.

3. When is payment due?

Payments are due in four equal installments throughout the process, with the first due at signing of the contract and the last payment due upon completion.

4. What is the expected timeframe?

After the contract is signed, we will begin the due diligence process, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. This gives us time to pull all required permits and to receive approval from the governing bodies & HOA. This time can change depending on the area and the exact requirements of the specific HOA and city.

Once the due diligence phase is complete, we will start construction immediately! This process usually takes around 4-8 weeks from start to finish.

You will have a dedicated project manager that works with you directly to keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process.

5. Are units with plumbing available?

We are not currently offering plumbing but have plans in the future to offer accessory buildings with full plumbing. Let us know if you are interested and we will keep you posted!

6. What changes can be made to the structures?

To keep our processes streamlined, we like to limit the amount of structural changes to our plans but are always open to review suggestions.

When it comes to more simple aesthetic changes like paint color, flooring & other interior options, we are happyto speak with you on what works best for you and your dreams!

Keep in mind every HOA and city has its own structural and aesthetic requirements, but we will do our best to accommodate & make it work for all parties.
